Miracle II Australia stands behind its products 100%, and our integrity is of the utmost importance. All products come with a full money-back guarantee if returned within 14 days of receipt of the product (postage n handling not included). If you have any problems with our products, please contact us first before sending them back.
Please note: A full money back guarantee MAY NOT be issued if the products damaged, or have been opened or partially used.
- Note: For undamaged, correctly ordered products being returned. A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund, plus any original picking, packing, and postage fees where applicable. This will not apply if you return products because they are faulty or incorrect to your order.
- It would be best to contact us before returning any products.
Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days from when you receive your package. If 14 days have passed since your parcel was received, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
NOTE: For parcels that have been returned to sender (RTS) because they are undeliverable, or have not been delivered and/or not collected from the post office. If the problem was caused by us, we will notify you and resend the parcel at our expense. If we receive a parcel that has been RTS, the packing team will automatically restock the items and charge us for that. I will be notified and will then notify you. We will then issue a refund within 30 days, minus all postage n handling fees as well as the restocking fee. Please be aware that postage and handling costs will include the original postage and handling fees, the RTS back to us costs (Auspost normally charge more than us to RTS back). As well as the restocking fee. This can be a considerable chunk out of your initial purchase cost. So please make sure your postal address is correct, and you have received our emails with the tracking number. All parcels will be sent usually within 24 – 48 business hours of receiving your order. So if you have not received your order within a week or 2 of ordering, please check your tracking and/or contact us.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, less any applicable postage and handling and restocking fees. ASAP.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged (not damaged in transit if we have packed it well and correctly). If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us first.
Miracle II Australia reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order.
